As a general rule, all services rendered by the attorneys and paraprofessionals will be billed at an hourly fee, plus out-of-pocket expenses disbursed and cash advanced.  Our attorneys' standard hourly fees currently range from $100-175 for public and governmental clients to $125-300 for private interests, and the firm charges from $75-100 for paraprofessional time.  Time is recorded in intervals of one-tenth of an hour and fees and expenses are billed monthy.  For clients who have business interests and legal needs throughout the United States, our policy is to provide legal services in appropriate cases as though our offices were physically present in the locale where the matter is situated, without charging travel-related expenses to the client.
